My work is rooted in compassion and collaboration with a nervous system focus. Whether we're exploring the impact of ADHD, burnout, anxiety, big life changes, or living with chronic pain, we'll take an approach that honours your needs, and focuses on what matters most to you. 

As a therapist, my approach is eclectic and adaptive. It might include a mix of practical, solution-focused strategies alongside exploration of deeper meanings and emotional connections depending on what you need and when you need it.
