Amanda Strider
MA, RCC
My approach is compassionate and collaborative, rooted in empowering you to create meaningful change in your life. We’ll focus on what matters most to you in a way that feels authentic, and aligned with your needs. My hope is that from our very first meeting, you’ll feel safe, seen, and supported. We'll work together to cultivate self-compassion, uncover your strengths, and build resilience to help you navigate life's challenges with confidence.
Therapy can be scary and hard, but it can also be rewarding, life-changing, and even fun (yes, really!).

Curiosity is more than just a desire to know. In therapy, curiosity encourages us to dig beneath the surface our experiences, uncovering hidden truths, patterns, and insights that can lead to profound breakthroughs.

collaboration
Therapy is a collaborative process. You are the expert in your lived experience and your input is an important part of our work together. My role is to walk beside you as a compassionate guide, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for exploration.
