Genuine human connection is at the heart of my therapeutic practice. I believe that by showing up authentically, I create a space where you can truly be yourself.
My approach is compassionate and collaborative, rooted in empowering you to create meaningful change in your life. We'll work together to cultivate self-compassion, uncover your strengths, and build resilience to help you navigate life's challenges with confidence.
I work with a wide range of clients, but am especially passionate about helping women navigate burnout, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, chronic pain, and ADHD.
Therapy can be scary and hard, but it can also be rewarding, life-changing, and even fun (yes, really!).
I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of your journey.

my values

Compassion at the heart of my therapeutic practice. It's the glue that binds the therapeutic relationship, fostering trust, acceptance, and genuine connection.

Curiosity is more than just a desire to know. In therapy, curiosity encourages us to dig beneath the surface our experiences, uncovering hidden truths, patterns, and insights that can lead to profound breakthroughs.

Therapy is a collaborative process. You are the expert in your lived experience and your input is an important part of our work together. My role is to walk beside you as a compassionate guide, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for exploration.
